AI & videoin production

Automazione_informazioni

From a news item or a fun fact to an AI-illustrated vertical video, published automatically on TikTok and YouTube.

The problem

A short-news channel lives on consistency: one video a day, every day. Doing it by hand means finding the story, writing the text, finding an image you’re allowed to use, editing, uploading to every platform and remembering what already went out where.

The solution

  • It reads the news from RSS feeds (or has the AI write a fun fact), picks the ones not yet published and writes headline and text.
  • The image is never the article’s photo: it’s a generated, openly drawn illustration, because a realistic image would be mistaken for a real photo of the event.
  • The illustration is animated with LTX-Video, and the headline is printed on top after the animation, because the model would warp the text.
  • It publishes on TikTok and YouTube by itself through the browser, and keeps a log of what went out where.

How it’s built

  • TikTok and YouTube want different audio (silent vs pre-mixed music): it produces for one, and the second copy is derived without re-encoding the video.
  • The log has three states per platform — published, not published, “unknown” — because without the third, an uncounted backlog would all look unpublished.
  • A rotation with memory across several independent axes (style, layout, colours) keeps the videos from ever looking too alike.
  • The headline’s contrast is checked with the WCAG formula, taking the backdrop’s opacity into account.
