A management tool for sports clubs that adapts to any sport and uses a Google Sheet as its database. In development, customisable for your club.
The problem
Sports clubs keep members, medical certificates, memberships and payments in Excel sheets that everyone fills in their own way. Off-the-shelf software is expensive, built for a single sport, and forces you to move everything into a closed system.
The solution
- A six-step wizard: pick the sport, give it a name, import your Excel, the app recognises the columns and creates the Google Sheet.
- It adapts to your club: fields and modules (attendance, payments, rentals, events) are switched on as you need them.
- Alerts on expiring medical certificates and memberships.
- An invite code to bring in staff, who get the shared sheet automatically.
- Excel and PDF export; it installs as an app.
How it’s built
- The data stays in the club’s own Google Sheet: no database to pay for, and the data is never held hostage.
- The tool’s structure is written in a hidden tab of the sheet itself, and the app reads it at startup: so every club has its own fields.
- Excel columns are recognised with a synonym dictionary, no AI; dates, tax codes and phone numbers are normalised on import.
- Server functions always take the identity from the token, never from what the browser sends.
